Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of any discipline (Psychology is preferable) from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Male or Female with maximum 30 years of age.
- Have minimum 4 years professional experiences in consumer good industry will be an advantage.
- Experience in training, people development and recruitment.
- Can conduct training evaluation, training need analysis, training plan, behavior event interview, hay job evaluation, & high potential development.
- Good interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Proficient in the use of computer based office tools (Ms. Office).
- Creative, attractive, and persuasive.
