IT Technical Support
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support technical support for servers, PC for Core and Non-Core applications
* Provide support for HW and SW infrastructures for users by configuring the HW, installing the OS and network to be able users and system utilize the infrastructure
* Support end-users as technical support for servers & PC workstation
* Support IT Operation in the area of EOD processing for core banking
* Continuously monitor application availability and report any problem to your supervisor
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering , Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1 (one) year in similar area and/or comparable and/or telecommunications devices
- Knowledge of banking operations in general
- Good knowledge of Departmental operations
- Excellent to extraordinary knowledge of hardware/software/embedded systems deployed throughout the Bank
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
- Proven capacity to develop relationship and manage a team
- PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline
- Willing to be place at Bali Branch
CORE BANKING SYSTEM DEVELOPER OFFICER (CB-SDO)
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure you are fully conversant with any situations.
* Develop new systems using IT standards, tools, systems, and methodologies.
* Researching and understanding code that is to be modified.
* Writing and executing unit test procedures.
* Maintenance of existing and new systems to quality standards and in a timely manner.
* Track all new work, bug fixes & enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Information Technology field from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1 (one) year as System Developer
- Has strong understanding in at least 1 (one) language programming (Cobol, C/C++, Delphi, FoxPro, etc)
- Good knowledge of SQL programming, knowledge on Oracle or MS SQL Server is a plus
- Conversant in Unix and shell programming
- Good knowledge of banking system is a plus point
- Has understanding in how to use AIX is plus point
- Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- proficient in written and spoken English is a must.
IT HELPDESK OFFICER (IT-HLP)
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily activity for helpdesk operations to register problem, generate daily reports, follow-up to other IT staff for problem resolutions
* To go through and to prepare set or recommendations to improve the existing processes, procedures and practices to improve and to manage confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
* Support day to day System and Technology operation in helpdesk, administrative and control for incoming and outgoing documents, follow-up action items to project team according to project plan
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Having experience at least 1 - 2 years in the similar area
- Good knowledge of banking operations in general
- Good knowledge of Hardware Server and Work Station
- Good knowledge of Software (operating system, database engine and other related system application) and Network (LAN and WAN) in general
- Self starter and highly motivated person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
- PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
- Willingness to work on shift basis
IT Risk Manager and BCP (ITRM-BCP)
Key Responsibilities:
· Be able to develop and maintain BCP and DRC in the area of policy, procedure and implementation plan for bank and comply with regulation on the BCP and DRC implementation. Understand the IT Risk management concept and be able to translate into bank policy and procedure, mitigation plan, provide reports and analysis.
· This person should have experience in handling the above tasks, at least 5 years in Information Technology industry and be able to work independently as well as work in team.
· Beside BCP and DRC policy and procedure this person will also provide reporting and develop project plan to implement the procedure and manage the testing required by the bank.
· Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with PTBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or related field from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
- Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in IT industry and experience working in Bank is an advantage
- Strong project management quantitative analysis, reporting and verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence internal stake holders and senior management
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe system and software packages
- Certification in the area of IT Risk Management, BCP discipline will an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Access is a must
